Our commitments for equality

GOYER has more than 750 employees across Europe.

We are committed on a daily basis to defending professional equality, starting from the recruitment process. Thus, we ensure that we treat all applications equally based on the candidate’s skills and their motivation to join the company.

We place great importance on gender equality within our teams. This commitment helps us ensure fair treatment for everyone.

We are continuing the work started in 2023 through a development plan designed to support women in production roles by strengthening their skills through the GOYER School.

Every woman returning from maternity or parental leave is supported on her return to work, helping maintain a healthy balance between professional and personal life. We are also maintaining our parental support plan by reserving “company nursery places”, helping new parents find childcare close to home.

Find our areas for improvement and the measures implemented in relation to the 2025 Gender Equality Index:

Gender Equality Index table: 86/100. Breakdown: pay gap 36/40, raise gap 20/20, promotion gap 15/15, maternity leave 15/15, top 10 highest salaries 0/10 (5 measurable indicators).

Our commitment to people with disabilities is reflected in a very concrete way since our employment rate of disabled workers is nearly 9%.

Different stakeholders (HR, ESC referent, Cap Emploi) are mobilized to promote the employment and continued employment of disabled employees at Goyer: personalized support, adaptation of the workstation, etc.

Furthermore, our CSR department guarantees the prevention of professional risks and implements concrete actions every day to avoid situations that could lead to disability.

Positive insertion

Born from the desire to recruit future employees through training, three positive integration projects have seen the light.

We have chosen to offer to people far away from employment a period of training alternating theory and practice with the aim of obtaining a qualifying diploma.

In order to facilitate integration and skills development, each of them was accompanied by a field tutor. With the help of our partners, we trained the interns for several months, with a permanent contract as a result!

1st project

10 interns

Manufacturing agent degree

30.260 hours of formation

4 people were hired

2nd project

12 interns

Aluminum carpentry finisher degree

16.104 hours of formation

4 people were hired

3rd project

11 interns in training

34.064 expected hours of formation

Manufacturing operator-assembler degree
