We have chosen to embed CSR in our daily actions: prevention, training, quality of working life, reducing our environmental impact, and low-carbon innovation. Not as a “nice-to-have,” but as the guiding thread of our development.
To coordinate and accelerate this approach, management has set up a CSR Committee. Its mission: structure priorities, track action plans, involve workshop, site and support teams, and align with Eiffage Group and client requirements. It is built on clearly identified pillars—Health & Safety, Training & Social, Sustainable Purchasing, Waste & Energy, Innovation & Low-Carbon, Quality—to steer concrete, measurable, shared actions
Our 5 Pillars
We are committed to ensuring a safe, healthy working environment for all. The Health & Safety CSR committee leads risk-prevention actions, safety training, feedback loops, and certification follow-up.
Sustainably reduce accident frequency and severity, and make safety a shared reflex in workshops and on sites.
Training and inclusion are at the heart of our CSR approach. This pillar covers the GOYER School, continuous training, onboarding paths, and our positive-inclusion programmes run with employment partners.
The goal: develop skills, secure career paths, and strengthen our contribution to the regions where we operate.
Sustainable Purchasing, Waste & Energy: managing our resources and impacts`` desc=``This pillar spans both how we purchase and how we consume and valorise resources. It drives our sustainable-purchasing strategy (low-carbon aluminium, glass with recycled cullet, local supply chains, committed partners), as well as waste management and the energy performance of our sites and projects.
Objective: less waste, less loss, better-controlled flows, and façades designed with real attention to the resources used.
Innovation is a direct lever for reducing our carbon footprint. This pillar develops solutions such as Fair’Façade®, RenovE, and our contributions to the EU project BIO4EEB: hybrid timber–aluminium façades, material-traceability approaches, modularity and repairability of panels, solutions aligned with the Tertiary Decree and RE2020.
Ambition: make low-carbon a design criterion on par with technical performance and architecture.
Quality is the transversal pillar linking all the others: product, process, and service quality. We rely on our certifications (ISO, FaçadeAlu Quality & Environment label, Pass VEC), site QA plans, and feedback to continuously improve our methods.
With durable, high-performance, well-controlled façades, our clients know what they can count on.
Since 2023, our CSR strategy has been fully integrated into our overall development plan. It is structured around four founding pillars: Health & Safety, People & Society, Sustainable Purchasing, and Low-Carbon Innovation.
In 2025, we took a further step by adding a fifth pillar—Quality—to strengthen our focus on the long-term performance of our products and services.
Our CSR Committee drives this momentum: it builds on actions already underway, mobilises teams, and launches new initiatives in a spirit of continuous improvement. Thanks to regular reviews and collective involvement, the approach is progressing tangibly in the field.
Our vision: a company focused on people, quality, and the future
At Goyer, we believe CSR is a powerful lever for transformation. It guides our decisions and shapes our practices—from designing low-carbon façades to our policies on inclusion, training, and safety.
Our ambition: act today to build tomorrow’s projects sustainably, alongside our clients, partners, and employees.
