Together, let’s change how we design. A façade specialist since 1931, the GOYER Group now brings together SAVARE (timber construction), HVA Concept (3D modules), DEFOR, and GOYER to deliver an integrated façade/wood/3D offering—from diagnostics to installation—through industrial bespoke solutions. Four brands, one goal: provide complementary solutions, working collaboratively and listening to each project’s needs.

GOYER

Façade specialist since 1931.

Designer–manufacturer, we design and install glazed façades and exterior joinery in aluminium, timber, or timber–aluminium.

With our in-house design offices and a modern industrial toolset, we deliver bespoke, high-performance and durable solutions for both new-build and refurbishment.

Our FairFaçade Goyer® concept is a modular, industrialised timber–aluminium double-skin façade, designed to enhance comfort, optimise energy performance, and simplify maintenance. A solution suited to both renovation and new projects, enabling faster, better-controlled sites.

Why this Strategic Grouping?

The merger of Goyer, Defor, Savare and HVA Concept stems from a clear vision: to reinforce our European leadership in bespoke off-site construction, supporting project owners and design teams on their most ambitious programmes.

Several key factors guided this decision:

  • Synergy of expertise: Goyer and Defor—leaders in custom building envelopes across Europe—join forces with Savare, a timber-construction expert, and HVA Concept, a 3D module specialist, to deliver a comprehensive, integrated offer. This complementarity covers the full scope of off-site needs: from façades to industrialised bathrooms, including timber frames and structures.

  • Meeting environmental challenges: Off-site construction is a strategic lever to cut buildings’ carbon footprint by optimising material use, reducing waste and improving working conditions. Groupe GOYER is committed to low-carbon solutions, favouring bio-based and recycled materials and promoting circularity.

  • Innovation and performance: Groupe GOYER has an integrated Technical & Innovation team dedicated to developing new construction solutions—designing innovative products and processes by leveraging each entity’s skills and know-how.

  • Production capacity and European footprint: With 6 production sites and 10 design offices, Groupe GOYER offers strong capacity and a strategic presence in France, Poland, England, Luxembourg, Belgium and Switzerland—ensuring responsiveness and consistent service quality.

Our strategy rests on two pillars:

  1. Asset enhancement: Supporting partners with thermal/low-carbon retrofits, refurbishment and asset transformation—driven by attentive listening, expert advice and hands-on teams.

  2. New build: Providing a global, innovative approach that combines hybrid 2D sub-assemblies with both structural and non-structural 3D modules.

Groupe GOYER embodies a new way to build: more attentive, more collaborative, more frugal—yet more performant. With combined expertise, innovation capacity and a firm commitment to sustainable development, we are ready to tackle tomorrow’s construction challenges and support clients on their most ambitious projects.
