Our innovative concept

Designed with a low-carbon, “useful innovation” mindset, FairFaçade pairs an outer aluminium skin with an inner timber–aluminium skin, separated by a ventilated air cavity.

Simple goal: more comfort, less energy—solar control, summer comfort, air quality—with measured performance aligned to current requirements (including France’s Tertiary Decree).
Workshop prefabrication means faster, cleaner sites with no architectural compromise.
The system is modular, repairable, and upgradeable to extend service life and reduce whole-life impact.

A new way to design

Faced with environmental, regulatory, and user challenges, we chose to innovate with a clear ambition: make the façade a concrete lever for the low-carbon transition—without compromising quality, design, or technical rigor.

FairFaçade Goyer is built on a simple yet ambitious vision: modular, repairable, eco-designed façades that adapt to buildings over time and to stakeholders’ expectations.

This innovation rests on three pillars:

• Rigorous selection of responsible, recycled, or bio-based materials,

• An eco-design approach to minimise waste from the production stage,

• Extended longevity, with demountable, easily replaceable components.

To deliver on this vision, we collaborate with recognised low-carbon partners to offer a façade that is useful, measurable, and reproducible.
