Between 2018 and 2020, GOYER is building the facades of the LANDSCAPE project, rehabilitation of the PASCAL Towers. The heavy renovation of the towers was launched in 2017 by ALTAREA COGEDIM, under the direction of the architect Dominique PERRAULT, the facade advice being entrusted to ARCORA. It offers more than 70,000 m² of surface area, including 65,000 m² of offices.

GOYER is installing 34,800m² of block-panel facades, in a consortium with EIFFAGE Grands Projets.

The particular and original design consisted of embedding the Micashist facing stones in the blocks. The GOYER design office and technical department, in collaboration with the company UNI-MARBRES, have developed the ad-hoc technical solution (validated by an ATEX), allowing us to carry out this project.

Once again, our industrial concept of prefabrication enabled us to build a relevant technical solution, and to win the market for this prestigious rehabilitation. This operation, appears in the top 3 of GOYER references, for its scale.

In 1999, GOYER carried out its first block-panel project, dedicated to the “Rives de Seine” project. Completed in 1974 by COGEDIM, this office building is the work of the John Schwerdt & Partenaires agency. The tertiary complex received on its delivery the company IBM France on its 35,000 m² net floor area. The renovation of the tower was launched in 1999 by NEXITY, under the direction of architect Michel HERBERT. It offers 26,836 m² of surface area and will host NATIXIS. GOYER installs 11,200 m² of Block-Panel facades, clad in shiny polished aluminum. The installation will be carried out in Top & Down. The virtues of the Bloc-Panel are numerous and still relevant today. Prefabrication allows us to optimize our energy costs, guarantee the quality of construction, control deadlines, and considerably reduce installation times. Since this first transformed test, more than 600,000 blocks have left our production lines and installed on one of the 300 projects delivered by GOYER. We are proud of how far we have come, and look forward to exploring the one that remains to be covered.

The first facade blocks of the Work In Park project in Lyon were installed on July 21, 2020. Operation led by the GOYER works teams, but also with the assistance of the crane operator of the structural work lot agent (control of the crane from the ground, at the closer to stakeholders). A block turning table was installed on the site to facilitate the work of the teams (table at human height) and guarantee the lifting of the blocks with the low sheets overhanging but also glass slats for the rest. of the project.

THE BRIDGE: all on the brdige in Issy les Moulineaux, in order to continue the progress of the site (Cogedim / JP Viguier) The installation of the works of the South facades and of the atrium – the most complex facades by their diversity and their geometry – coming to an end. The GOYER Group is proud of the result of the efforts of all its teams: Studies, Production and Installation on site who have worked tirelessly for several months, and especially during this very special period that we are going through since March 16. In fact, it is with reinforced hygiene measures, controlled thanks to a dedicated supervision, adapted to our activity and constantly renewed that we have been able to benefit, in recent weeks, from logistical conditions favorable to the installation of structures on the site. construction site. In the atrium, all of the guardrails delimiting the interior terraces are in place and the installation of the transom glazing has made good progress on the tram side. The second soffit of the West Bridge is also in place. On the south facade, all the glazed volumes are installed (laminated double skin glazing and stainless steel guardrails). The composite material soffits are also well advanced on the tram side. Dedicated teams work on finishing tasks such as installing orientable solar shading, installing steel checkered sheets and aluminum soffits & installing stainless steel grids in line with firefighter openings. Other teams are advancing on the glazed terraced pavilions, the curtain walls on the ground floor on the south facade as well as on the facades of the Eiffel Hall.
